DPD Home Delivery
Order Delivery
Your order will be delivered by the DPD courier company.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with information about your shipment, including the tracking number.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 2-3 business days.
Shipment Tracking
You can manage your shipment by clicking on the link in the SMS message you received.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS message with an approximate delivery time.

Receiving Your Shipment
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the packaging for any damage, especially the DPD adhesive tape. The tape should not be tampered with or replaced with tape of a different color, white adhesive tape, or transparent adhesive tape. In case of any damage or suspected damage, please indicate this discrepancy and the specific details of the damage in the courier's report when signing for receipt of the shipment.
Refusing a Shipment
If you have any doubts about the condition of the packaging or the shipment, you have the right to refuse to accept the shipment. In such cases, please inform us immediately about the further steps.
Damage Claims
If you accept the shipment and later notice that the contents are damaged or lost, we will no longer be able to initiate a complaint procedure between you and the delivery company. We cannot accept any subsequent complaints.
